Postfix / spam / errors / subcarga do servidor

Hoje lembrei-me fazer um uptime ao servidor e o resultado foi o seguinte:

Como consigo resolver este problema de spam? O [email protected] não existe na minha máquina, como é possivel aparecer varias contas de email invalidas mas com os meus dominios?
