Criando um popunder em javascript(popup background)

Bom dia.

 

Estou com um problema, preciso de um código que reproduza um popup quando o usuário clicar na tela.

Porém este popup precisa ir para trás da tela atual em forma de janela, como nestes sites de anúncios abrem novas janelas.

 

Eu consegui um código porém ele abre a frente da janela e não atrás...
